1. Information Collected

We collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver the progression experience and save your character:

• Account Data: The account identifier Google returns when you choose to sign in, and the character name you write yourself. We never receive or store your password, and we do not read your email, contacts or calendar.
• Progression Data: Completed quests, experience points (XP), levels, ranks across the 9 Domains, unlocked virtual items, and achieved frames.
• Habit Mastery & Streaks: Consistency records and streaks logged by you. These records receive an absolute privacy shield.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Maintain and sync your hero profile, quest history, and achievements across devices;
• Enable the Oracle to deliver contextual milestone insights, weekly reports, and daily card reflections tailored to your journey;
• Power the core mechanics of Journey and Ascension modes;
• Identify and resolve technical glitches and performance issues in the application.

3. Strict Discretion in Habit Mastery

We respect the sensitive nature of tracking personal habit improvement. Oracculous adheres to an uncompromising rule:

• Zero External Exposure: Lockscreen notifications will never reveal names or details of sensitive habits.
• No Public Sharing: Your personal logs are strictly private and never publicly exposed.

4. The Order of the Oracle: what other people see

An Order is a closed, invitation-only circle, and it only exists if you found one or join one. While you are in an Order, the other people in it see:

• Your character name, level, rank and equipped title;
• The XP you earned that week, the daily totals, and how that total splits across the nine Domains.

Mission names never leave your device — not to the Order, not anywhere. Only totals go up, which means a habit-control mission is indistinguishable from any other inside that number: it disappears into the sum of its Domain. This is not an application choice but a database rule, which rejects any field outside that list.

Leaving the Order stops the sending immediately. Whoever founded the circle can remove anyone, and that deletes their weeks from that Order.

5. The Table: messages, reports and blocking

Inside an Order there is the Table, where members talk. A message stores the text, your character name and the time, and is read by everyone in that Order. There is no public room, no way to find strangers and no private messaging between accounts.

• Remove: you can delete your messages whenever you want, and whoever founded the circle can delete any of them. No one edits a message after sending it.
• Report: sends us a copy of the message, the chosen reason and the identifiers of who reported and who was reported. A person reads it, outside the app, and it is used only to decide whether the message comes down and whether the account loses access. The reported person does not learn who reported them.
• Block: stored only on your device, never sent anywhere, and the other person is not told.

Reports are kept for as long as the review requires and to prevent repeat offences, and are used for no other purpose.

6. Data Storage & Security

All network communications between the app and our infrastructure utilize industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS). Your data is safeguarded in secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You hold the right to request at any time:

• Confirmation and access to your stored data;
• Correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• Full Account Deletion: You may request the permanent removal of all your data directly via app settings or by contacting our support channel.

8. Summary Terms of Use

By using Oracculous, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Oracculous is a motivational habit gamification platform. It does not substitute professional medical, psychological, or clinical care.
• Progression is earned through real effort. The app never sells levels, titles, or ranks (0% Pay-to-Win).
• Premium subscriptions unlock narrative depth (Serene and Severe voices, unlimited paths, and extended reading) and are billed via standard Google Play billing terms.
